Submission Process

There are 3 parts in the e-Poster submission process, beginning with (1) submitting the required outline and continuing with (2) the development of the e-Poster as a PowerPoint presentation with (3) an accompanying voiceover narration.

            1)  Part 1: Outline Submission:

Submit the required one-page outline in Word document to Barkley@NPcourses.com. and Crystal@NPcourses.com. The subject line of the email should be “NPAC 2026 e-Poster Submission.”

Each of the following six topics must be addressed:

    1. Purpose/objective
    2. Background
    3. Methods/procedures
    4. Results
    5. Conclusions
    6. Implications for NPs in acute care

Outlines that do not address all six topics will be rejected without further review or comment.

Outlines will undergo a blind refereed review by the NPAC Advisory Committee. The judgment of the Committee will be final.

If your e-Poster submission is accepted, the first author will receive $200 off their Main Conference registration to NPAC 2026!

            2)  Part 2: PowerPoint Development:

Once the e-Poster outline is accepted, the presenter(s) will develop the outline into a PowerPoint presentation. The PowerPoint presentation template consisting of 7 slides will be provided.

The e-Poster PowerPoint must include one slide for each of the following topics:

    1. Purpose/objective
    2. Background
    3. Methods/procedures
    4. Results
    5. Conclusions
    6. Implications for NPs in acute care
    7. References

            3)   Part 3: Voiceover Recording:

Once the e-Poster PowerPoint has been accepted in final form, the first author will be sent instructions for recording an approximately 3-minute voiceover narrating all key elements of the PowerPoint presentation.

All final e-Posters will stream throughout the NPAC Conference and for 2 weeks after for attendees to view, discuss, and evaluate. The first author of each e-Poster must answer any questions or comments that attendees submit to the email address required in the PowerPoint.

Finally, all e-Posters will undergo a blind refereed review by the NPAC Advisory Committee to determine the winning e-Poster. The judgment of the Committee will be final.
