2026 Industry Supported Product Theater
Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a Product Theater at the National Conference for Nurse Practitioners in Acute Care (NPAC) 2026 in Orlando. An Industry-Supported Product Theater Lunch or Dinner allows you to provide an information session that is free from the distraction of other exhibitors.
Product Theaters are available for two 60-minute Lunches or two 60-minute Dinners (a 30-minute presentation followed by a Q&A). Sponsors may register for one or more Product Theaters.
As promotional activities, Product Theaters are non-continuing education (non-CE) sessions.
Included in a Product Theater Sponsorship:
- Meeting room in the conference hotel venue with appropriate tables and chairs
- Product Theater information on the conference website, including date, time, and instructions for attending
- Six-foot registration table with two chairs outside the Product Theater assigned room
- An email blast promoting the Product Theater will be sent by Barkley & Associates to all registered NPAC attendees about 2 weeks prior to the conference to ensure full registration.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Product Theater Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. All required information must be completed on the application form for the application to be reviewed.
- All products, services, devices, and intentions of each Product Theater must directly relate to the needs of nurse practitioners attending the conference, which include any applications to hospitals/medical centers, offices, clinics, educational interests, career opportunities, and personal needs.
- No Product Theater’s products or services shall be either directly or indirectly competitive with the products and services of the primary sponsor of the conference, Barkley & Associates, Inc., in any way. All Product Theater Applications will be approved by Barkley & Associates, Inc., and the company reserves the right to deny any application for any reason at its sole discretion.
- The fee for sponsoring a Product Theater is $3,000, plus all associated costs.
RULES AND REGULATIONS

- Companies who wish to sponsor the Product Theater must register as an exhibitor.
- Product Theaters must abide by all Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and requirements. Such FDA regulations include approved, experimental, off-label, and non-approved drugs, devices, or products. All Product Theater Sponsors must also abide by local, state, and federal statutes, rules, regulations, and ordinances. The Product Theater Sponsor exclusively assumes all liability and costs for any FDA-related or other sanctions, including charges against Barkley & Associates, Inc. for violations.
- Prior approval of all promotional and marketing materials is required by Barkley & Associates, Inc.
- All catering needs for Product Theaters must be provided by the Hyatt Regency Orlando. All costs associated with catering are the responsibility of the Product Theater Sponsor.
- The Product Theater Sponsor is responsible for all associated costs including, but not limited to:
- Designing, advertising, producing, and implementing the Product Theater
- Audio/visual services, fees, labor, and electrical charges
- All catering associated with the Product Theater.
- On-site personnel and management for registration and attendee logistics

- It is understood that attendance at Product Theaters cannot be guaranteed.
- The Product Theater must not exceed the assigned allotted time.
- Liability: Each company providing a Product Theater understands that it is its responsibility to maintain adequate insurance coverage against personal injuries, as well as any damage or loss of the company’s property as a result of providing a Product Theater at the conference. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Law, each Party shall defend, indemnify, and hold the other Party, its Affiliates, and its and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all Losses arising out of or relating to any and all claims, liabilities, liens, demands, obligations, actions, proceedings, suits, or causes of action of every kind to the extent arising out of or related to providing a Product Theater at the conference. However, neither Party shall be indemnified hereunder for any loss, liability, damage, or expense resulting from its sole negligence or willful misconduct. By applying to exhibit at NPAC 2026, each Party acknowledges that their agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of California and any dispute of said agreement will be under the jurisdiction of the State of California.
- Security: Barkley & Associates, Inc. will provide reasonable security in the immediate area of the Product Theater. Additional security needs are the responsibility of the Product Theater sponsoring company. Sponsoring Product Theater Companies agree that Barkley & Associates, Inc., employees, their representatives, the conference site, hotel, or any others assume no responsibility for damaged, lost, or stolen property of the Product Theater Company. Companies understand that adequate insurance for such claims is the responsibility of the sponsoring Product Theater Company.
- Cancellations: Cancellations require email confirmation to Barkley & Associates, Inc. at Barkley@NPcourses.com.
- Before January 2, 2026: $1,500 administrative fee
- After February 1, 2026: No Refunds *
- Force Majeure: In case of cancellations of the exhibition or unavailability of the exhibit space due to strikes, acts of terrorism, government action, outbreaks, epidemics, and/or pandemics as defined by the World Health Organization or the Centers for Disease Control, acts of God, fire, labor dispute, or any other occurrence over which Barkley & Associates, Inc. has no control, the agreement shall terminate, and the exhibitor shall be entitled to the return of the exhibitor space rental fee, as well as any payments to Barkley & Associates, Inc., for Symposia, Product Theaters, or other sponsorships.
